ORDER PROCESSING
Orders may take between 1-4 business days to process before shipping out.
If there are any shipping delays, you will be notified via email. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional charges. 
All orders are shipped by Central Belleza. For your privacy, the word WIG will not appear on the package.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all US orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Most orders are shipped via USPS.


RETURN POLICY
All items shipped are brand new in their original packaging and 100% authentic. We do not sell returned items, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


PRICEMACTH 
If you find any item we carry at a lower price on a competitor's website, we  will match the competitor’s price. Such competitor must be an authorized US internet retailer advertising the identical product online. The product must be advertised on the competitor’s website. We will not match competitors’ bonus or free offers, special offers, rebates, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise.  Just contact us at info@centralbelleza.com and we will guide you through.


FRAUD and THEFT
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise is illegal. Those responsible will be prosecuted.
